This policy applies to talentscore.pro and all subdomains, covering candidates, employers, and website visitors.

We use AI to enhance our recruitment services. Here's how:
AI extracts data from your uploaded CV (skills, experience, education). This creates a searchable profile. Employers can view both AI-parsed data and your original CV.
AI calculates suitability scores to rank candidates for jobs, determining which candidates appear first in employer searches. Employers can review all profiles before making decisions.
AI evaluates profile quality and completeness, which may affect visibility in searches. Employers can review complete profiles, not just scores.

AI Information: Powered by third-party AI services for CV parsing and job matching. Your personal data is not used to train AI models. AI is not perfect and may make errors; human oversight is always applied.
We share your profile, CV, and contact information with employers only when you apply, express interest, or provide consent. Employers are independent data controllers—once shared, your data is subject to their privacy policy.
