1. Introduction and Contact

Welcome to Omnimatch. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-powered multi-market matching platform.

This policy applies to:

  • omnimatch.ai (platform domains)
  • talentscore.pro (our first market)
  • All custom market domains hosted on the Omnimatch platform

Platform Architecture: Omnimatch operates as a multi-market platform. Each market may have its own domain, branding, and terminology, but all markets share the same data infrastructure and are governed by this unified privacy policy. Market-specific terms and conditions may supplement this policy but do not override your data protection rights.

Data Controller:

Policy Changes: Material changes will be communicated via email and website notice. Minor changes are reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance, or you may delete your account.

2. Data We Collect

We collect data from all platform users, whether you're an individual user or representing an organization:

Billing Information: Payment details, billing address, organization size and industry sector (for paid accounts)

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, session data, usage patterns

AI-Generated Data: Structured data parsed from your uploaded documents, assessments, match scores, profile completeness scores, ranking data

Activity and Communication Data: Profiles viewed, search queries, platform interactions, scheduling activities, messages with other users, application and interaction history, email correspondence, notification preferences

Automatically Collected Data: Cookies (see Section 9), page views, feature usage, error logs, performance metrics

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on:

  • Consent (document uploads, sharing with other users, marketing emails, non-essential cookies)
  • Contract Performance (providing matching services you've requested)
  • Legitimate Interest (AI matching, fraud prevention, platform security)
  • Legal Obligation (eligibility verification where applicable, tax requirements)

Special Category Data

Your uploaded documents (such as profiles, portfolios, or other content) may contain special category data including health information, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or trade union membership.

Important: We require your explicit consent to process special category data. You are advised to review your uploaded content and redact any sensitive information you do not wish to share. Contact us to withdraw consent at any time.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • Create and maintain your profile and account
  • Use AI to parse your uploaded documents and extract structured data
  • Match profiles with suitable opportunities within your market
  • Facilitate opportunity posting, profile search, and matching
  • Share profiles with relevant parties (with consent)
  • Send alerts, updates, and notifications
  • Process billing and payments (for paid accounts)
  • Provide usage analytics and engagement metrics
  • Improve our platform using anonymized data
  • Verify eligibility (where applicable) and prevent fraud
  • Manage contracts and legal obligations
  • Send newsletters and resources (separate opt-in)

5. AI and Automated Decision-Making

We use AI to enhance our matching services. Here's how:

Document Processing

AI extracts structured data from your uploaded documents (skills, experience, qualifications, relevant attributes). This creates a searchable profile. Other users can view both AI-parsed data and your original documents.

Matching and Ranking

AI calculates compatibility scores to match profiles with relevant opportunities within their market, determining ranking in search results. Users can review all profiles before making decisions.

Profile Completeness Assessment

AI evaluates profile quality and completeness, which may affect visibility in searches. Users can review complete profiles, not just scores.

Your Rights

You can:

  • Request human intervention in any automated decision
  • Challenge AI-generated assessments or match scores
  • Receive explanations of how algorithms work
  • Request corrections to inaccurate AI-parsed data
  • Access all AI-generated data about you

AI Information: Powered by third-party AI services for document processing and matching. AI processing is context-specific to your market. AI is not perfect and may make errors.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosures

Other Platform Users (With Your Consent)

We share profiles, uploaded documents, and contact information between users only when someone applies, expresses interest, or provides consent. Other users may be independent data controllers—once shared, your data is subject to their privacy policy.

We work with trusted service providers:

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • Active accounts: Until you delete your account
  • Inactive accounts: 3 years, then anonymized or deleted
